Winter 2025 was notably drier than the preceding season, with below-average rainfall and more limited soil moisture reserves. This made moisture conservation and careful vineyard management especially important. Spring remained relatively dry, helping to keep disease pressure low. Through summer, generally warm, dry conditions encouraged steady ripening, while cooler night-time temperatures helped preserve natural acidity and freshness.
Lively full mouth feel with wet stone minerality, sea salt, fresh apricots and Japanese raspberries. A creamy, elegant wine with tonnes offinesse, linearity and a lingering finish. A complex wine designed to delight and make a special occasion unique!
