the above rates include our renowned holden manz estate breakfast and afternoon tea
with fresh produce from the farm when in season and available.
every suite has a welcome bottle of holden manz wine awaiting you.

the guest house offers a handful of beautiful suites, four of the suites have their own private terrace
opening out to to the orchard with its magnificent fruit tree selection -
one suite boasts an extensive first floor terrace with unbelievable views.

they are the ‘farm dam suite’, ‘orchard suite’ and ‘stony brook river suite’,
all facing the orchard/stony brook river
and the ‘oliphant mountain’ suite is situated in the main manor house,
up the stairs on the first floor, overlooking our vineyard and the impressive franschhoek mountains,
it has an extra room (which can sleep an additional two guests) -
it is a favourite with our honeymoon couples and was originally conceived as the manor’s main suite.
in addition we can offer a brand-new ‘farm yard’ suite in our newly finished outbuilding,
which must have the best terrace in the whole of the valley, vineyards on one side
and our private gardens and the place where two rivers meet overseen on the other side,
a wineland dream come true.

all rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning.
tv, dvd player and i-phone and i-pod player and charger can be found in every suite.
each suite also has its own open fire place (not applicable to farm yard suite).

in addition the guest house offers its own private garden, orchard, two river fronts
and a multitude of picnic spots throughout the wine estate.
a beautiful swimming pool is situated close to the guestrooms were the two rivers meet.

the health and wellness spa is fully equipped with three treatment rooms, overlooking the vineyard.
adjacent to the spa a large yoga and pilates space opens up onto our vineyard and the surrounding
mountains with a vast sliding glass facade – also ideal for private gym practice.
africology products compliment our holistic approach in the spa and in the manor house.

booking terms:

  • a deposit of first night’s accommodation
  • deposits are non-refundable
  • balance of accommodation account is payable 4 weeks prior to date of arrival

cancellation policy:

  • cancellation within 21 days of arrival 50% of full accommodation payable
  • cancellation within 7 days of arrival full accommodation payable
  • in the event of premature departure the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged
  • refunds and waiver of cancellation policies are at the discretion of management as is the ability to re-let the rooms
